The business was established in 1971 by Lyle Thompson and his wife Janette and was run out of thier home.  We were originally known as Quad States Distributing and was started with the manufacturing and selling of Propane and powder torches.  The name was later changed to All-States Distributing.  In 1988 the business was moved to its own location.  The store was built by Lyle and his son Darren .  Shortly after the store was built, we were approached by Dixon Industries to promote and sell their Zero Turn Lawnmowers.  We pioneered the market for zero turn mowers in this area. On four occasions we have been The World’s Largest Dixon Dealer, and have been in the top 3 for the last 14 years.  We have added Husqvarna, Jet Power Tools, Shop Fox Power Tools, BCS, and several brands of guns and ammo to our sales floor over the years.    

We are a family of avid bike enthusiasts with off road and on-road bikes.  We take several weekend road trips during the summer.  When we can get away we camp and ride the off road bikes.  Summer months are filled with biking activities of some sort.
